Workshop on Human Trafficking AKA Billy gives reasons to tell us why people are for it!

This afternoon the council will convene to discuss the final report from the Frederick County Human Trafficking Task Force. Billy has told us that there are groups for human trafficking, and we’ll just let Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo handle this one for us this time:

Sometimes I wonder if it’s because his best bud is a notorious whoremonger or if he’s just so clueless and obstructionist that he just reflexively opposes anything.
