While we were discussing with our circle of Yokels all the recent Board of Education campaign reports, one of our inner circle pointed out a big no-no. In Jaime Brennan’s most recent filing, she signed her own name as treasurer.
Well, according to Maryland Campaign law, this is not a thing that is allowed to be done!
We don’t know what the consequences of doing such a thing are, but we are not of the type to let things like this slide. If she cannot follow a simple rule such as this, she doesn’t deserve to be elected to that board again.
