We are having 2016 flashbacks this evening! Former county commissioner and Frederick County Executive candidate, Blaine Young, has once again found himself on the wrong side of the mug shot camera. An alert reader send us this link this evening:

Before sharing this we needed to verify the Busted Newspaper report as it looks a little tabloidish. And according to West Virginia Court records it’s 100% true:
Domestic battery is really stepping it up from “unwittingly” soliciting a cop for sex. We don’t know all the details yet, but we do know this, we dodged a bullet by voting for Jan over this guy back in 2014.
