We have received some information today that Kirby “I Want Some County Contracts” Delauter intends to throw a wrench into the ethics bill machine tomorrow.
Not sure of the details, but as concerned citizens who do not want to see your government officials profit from their positions, please take a minute and email your concerns to: councilmembers@frederickcountymd.gov.

Dear County Council and constituents,
No county council member or their family members to the 5th cousins should be allowed to participate in contractual work as the primary contractor w/the county for profit. This leaves the door open for questionable practices that may not be ethical. This should include all kinds of contracting!
Kirby D. has been seen digging & doing excavation work at three different new developmental locations in the Windsor Knolls MS feeder collecting area. He has done this as a sub contractor which is fine. It is keeping him very busy. Will Kirby see his shadow soon like Punxatony Phil or Frederick Freida?
