It has come to our attention that our favorite Republican Councilman, Bud Otis, is the subject of an email campaign launched by our not so favorite Republican Councilmen.  It appears that when he signed the Grover Norquist tax pledge this past summer he was the only one who saw it for the grandstanding farce that it was.
